The YUZU PALMS showcases That Spirited Lot Tres Cítricos Vodka and Tropical Syrup — a bright, citrus‑forward cocktail that captures summer in a glass. For something richer, the NOT TERRY’S blends Maker’s Mark Bourbon with our seasonal Blood Orange Syrup, brown sugar and chocolate bitters, delivering a playful twist on nostalgic flavours with a rooftop‑ready finish.

Highlights include Coffin Bay oysters with cucumber & gin granita, Kingfish crudo dressed in citrus, chargrilled Fremantle octopus, and a selection of woodfire pizzas ranging from wild mushroom and truffle pecorino to prawn, chilli and lemon. For heartier appetites, the minute striploin steak frites offers a classic, elevated option.
