Peninsula BLVD.'s delicious fruit syrups and mixers began as a sustainability project by That Spirited Lot Distillers. This Berry Syrup is handcrafted from fruit left over from the distilling process, helping minimise organic waste going to landfill. Production runs on solar power, with a focus on organic or local ingredients and established recycling processes.
Tasting notes
Mixed berry flavour from real strawberries, raspberries and blackberries, lifted with a hint of lemon. More tart than sweet, with a balanced, lingering finish and a vibrant berry burst.

- Light serve: 15 mL syrup
- Strong serve: 30 mL syrup
- Soda: Mix 1 part syrup with 6 parts soda
