Tucked into the cool‑climate slopes of Red Hill, Paringa Estate is one of the Mornington Peninsula’s most remarkable vineyard sites, a north‑facing amphitheatre of rich volcanic soil, sheltered from the coastal winds and shaped by a unique microclimate. It’s a place where vines curl around the landscape, where the seasons paint the hillsides, and where meticulous winemaking has been part of the story for nearly four decades.
Paringa Estate is known for its world‑class Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and cool‑climate Shiraz, crafted with oak from renowned French coopers and fermented in both barriques and their impressive 3,500L French oak foudres. These vessels sit just below the restaurant’s full‑length windows, a striking view during vintage, when the winery hums with activity.
The Paringa Estate dining room is a place of light, energy and constant movement. Guests look out over the immaculate home vineyard while the kitchen produces some of the region’s finest food. Lunch is served Wednesday to Sunday, dinner on Saturdays, with both à la carte and a four‑course Paringa Estate Progression menu available. For something more relaxed, Garden Dining offers shared plates, charcuterie, oysters and cheese from Wednesday to Sunday — all enjoyed with sweeping vineyard views and, if you’re like us, a crisp dry Ninch Dry Gin martini or gin & tonic.
We’re big fans of Paringa’s wines and proud to be part of the offering. It’s a place where craftsmanship, history and hospitality come together — a true Mornington Peninsula icon that continues to evolve while staying deeply connected to its roots.
