Pink Grapefruit Syrup

Bright, zesty and beautifully balanced, this mixer syrup delivers vibrant real grapefruit flavour with a refreshing natural bitterness and less sweetness.

How to enjoy

Mix 1 part syrup with 6 parts soda for a refreshing grapefruit soda. For a spirit serve, combine 30mL spirit and 15mL syrup over ice, top with soda or tonic, and garnish with fresh citrus.

It also works beautifully in mocktails, salad dressings, sauces, dessert toppings and cakes.
