Bright lemon sherbet and fresh pine on the nose, our flagship gin elegantly balances prominent juniper with mixed citrus notes and delivers a spirit that is smooth on the palate with depth and character.

Botanical Profile

Features the usual suspects such as juniper, coriander seed, orris and angelica root along with a bunch of new age twists such as ruby grapefruit.

Production Method

Single shot, pot distilled for maximum extraction of botanical oils.

Serving Suggestion

On ice or with soda or tonic and a slice of grapefruit. It's also makes a damn fine martini.
